Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering.
• Strong technical and critical thinking with attention to detail.
• Strong AutoCAD and Revit/BIM skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn and willingness to take on responsibility.
• Willing to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift/move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to perform field work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Apply classroom knowledge to real-world structural engineering projects.
• Develop structural plans and details using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Perform structural design calculations and assist with reviews.
