Amentum is seeking an Early Career Structural Designer in Oak Ridge, TN to help develop BIM models, design drawings, and construction documents for steel, concrete, and masonry structures.

You will join a team applying Revit, supporting fast-paced projects across government and civilian sectors, with opportunities to grow your career while learning new software. This full-time role offers exposure to life-changing infrastructure and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Sole US citizenship required.
• 0-3 years of industrial, commercial, and/or nuclear projects experience.
• Ability to follow and implement established quality procedures and ensure all work is procedurally compliant.
• Competence using Microsoft Office software.
• Reside within a commutable distance from Oak Ridge, TN office.
• Ability to learn new software as necessary for project success.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where requirements may evolve.
• Experience using Revit for BIM modeling and drawing production.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing BIM models and construction documents for structures made of steel, concrete, and masonry.
• Support design process and contribute to drawings and project deliverables.
• Adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
