Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
- Strong fundamentals in infrastructure, distributed systems, or cloud concepts.
- Experience with storage concepts (block/file/object) and RAID/snapshots.
- Familiarity with virtualization and container platforms.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and AI/ML context is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support senior engineers in client discovery and design work.
- Assist with labs, PoC setups, testing, and docs.
- Create repeatable solution assets and guides.
- Contribute to GTM assets and roadmap integration.
- Assist partner programs and ecosystem onboarding.
- Analyze adoption metrics and enablement progress.
