Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Senior SAN / Storage Engineer to design, support, and optimize our enterprise storage environment. You will work with Cisco MDS fabrics, Pure Storage FlashArray/FlashBlade, and integrate storage with VMware vSphere, OpenShift, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise storage/SAN/infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Fibre Channel storage networks and enterprise storage platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, application, and database teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Cisco MDS SAN environments, including upgrades and performance optimization.
• Manage Fibre Channel fabrics, zoning, VSANs, and connectivity.
• Monitor storage and SAN health using NDFC/DCNM.
• Troubleshoot performance, latency, and connectivity issues.
• Configure and manage Pure Storage FlashArray and FlashBlade platforms.
• Provision storage resources, host mappings, and capacity management.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and scripting.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity across data centers.
• Maintain replication, backup, and recovery processes.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and planning.
• Ensure storage platforms meet security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Support access controls, authentication integrations, and audit logging.
