Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in infrastructure, distributed systems or cloud concepts.
• Storage fundamentals (IBM Storage, Dell, NetApp, Pure, Ceph).
• Familiarity with virtualization and containers (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker).
• Cloud awareness (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in client discovery, requirements analysis, and early technical qualification.
• Participate in client conversations focusing on emerging technologies with research, demos, or collateral.
• Conduct lab validation, PoC setups, solution testing, and basic architectural documentation.
• Contribute to repeatable solution assets: configuration guides, validation briefs, internal knowledge articles.
• Assist with partner program operations, enablement sessions, ecosystem onboarding, and curated demos.
• Support analysis of solution adoption and enablement metrics.
