Q-Lab Corporation seeks an Entry Level Staff Accountant to support the monthly close, prepare journal entries, and reconcile balance sheet accounts. You will work with fixed asset systems across multiple entities in multiple countries and assist with AP/AR functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong numbers skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the monthly close process and journal entries.
• Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Learn and assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Support weekly/monthly KPI reports and annual planning.
• Maintain fixed asset system across entities and countries.
• Provide ad hoc reporting as needed.
