Job summary

Q-Lab Corporation in Westlake, Ohio is seeking an Entry Level Staff Accountant to support the monthly close, prepare journal entries, and monitor balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities and countries.

You will learn accounts payable/receivable, assist with fixed asset system, provide KPI reports, and help with planning and inventory costing. Strong communication and Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1–3 years of experience preferred
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly close and prepare journal entries
• Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Learn and assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Maintain fixed asset system across multiple entities
• Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports
• Assist in annual planning process
• Support inventory cost management and GL reconciliation
• Ad hoc reporting as needed
