KirkpatrickPrice is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join the Finance Team in the Bowling Green, KY office. Any level of experience is welcome to apply, with opportunities to grow across general accounting areas including AP, payroll, and supporting AR.

The role involves basic reconciliations, month-end close, and maintaining schedules for prepaid expenses, plus hands-on experience in RAMP management, payroll processing, and expense reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 0-2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and solve problems.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• RAMP management and AP processing.
• Create bills from drafts and monitor AP mailbox.
• Process payroll weekly and handle Concur expenses.
• Maintain portal access for state tax websites.
• Support month-end close and reconciliations.
• Perform benefit and payroll liability reconciliations.
• Analyze P&L analytics and year-end activities.
