Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Our client, a professional service firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accountant to join their accounting team. This role provides a strong foundation in accounting and finance, focusing on accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and billing. The position offers significant opportunities for growth, collaboration across departments, and exposure to business operations beyond accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with billing functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Support month-end closing tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Marketing, and other teams to gain exposure across the firm.
• Learn and apply new functions within the accounting department to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in AR, AP, or billing.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
