Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required before start date.
• Minimum 1 year of lab research experience.
• Experience with molecular biology assays (DNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis).
• Experience with lab animal (rodent) handling.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple experiments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing research projects with the PI.
• Conduct data collection, entry, QC and literature reviews.
• Prepare manuscripts and conference abstracts; assist with figures.
• Maintain notebooks, inventories and lab safety.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Genetics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related field
