Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences.
• Ensure restaurant/location is prepared and staffed for daily operation.
• Oversight of kitchen duties, safety, quality, and guest service standards.
• Maintain safety logs, temperatures, rotation, and waste.
• Supervise hygiene, gloves, and proper uniform use.
• Assist with knife handling training and safety.
• Create daily prep and item lists; delegate tasks.
• Support operations and fill gaps to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleaning checklists and ongoing projects.
• Coach staff and assign duties; conduct reviews.
• Report attendance discrepancies to payroll; manage breaks.
• Inspect equipment; perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Communicate issues to Sous Chef and Operations Manager.
• Work with restaurant supervisors to meet standards.
• Uphold local, state, and federal laws; perform other tasks as needed.
