Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in culinary
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and lift 10-35lbs
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for every guest and client.
• Oversee kitchen duties, ensuring safety, quality, and timely service.
• Create daily prep lists and assign tasks to staff.
• Assist the Sous Chef in coaching and scheduling team members.
• Respond to guest feedback and report issues to improve service.
