TikTok is expanding its Solutions Engineering team to help clients thrive on TikTok Ads. As a Solutions Engineer, you will architect and build solutions, prioritize client success, and work cross-functionally to help clients reach business objectives.

You will develop relationships, leverage Ads capabilities, and influence product roadmaps by understanding SMB needs and building scalable, end-to-end solutions with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience shipping production quality code.
• Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages (Python, Go, Java, C/C++).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups internally and externally.
• Strong knowledge of API and backend systems design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally; become an expert on TikTok Ads capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify SMB opportunities and build scalable solutions.
• Understand SMB needs and influence product roadmaps with internal teams.
• Build and ship new products and end-to-end solutions with Ads product engineering teams.
• Maintain subject matter expertise on marketing tech and API trends.
