Job summary
Nightwing is seeking a Software Engineer – Level 0 to develop and enhance complex software systems in Maryland. The ideal candidate will analyze user requirements, debug existing software, and design new features.
Applicants must have a TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with additional software engineering experience considered. The salary ranges from $55,000 to $106,000 based on qualifications.

Qualifications
- Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Four years of additional software engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
- Debug existing software and correct defects.
- Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards.
- Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features.
- Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.
- Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or repositories.
