Qualifications

• 1-2 years of programming or software development experience, including relevant internship or professional experience.
• Experience with at least two of the following technologies: .NET, TypeScript, and SQL.
• At least 1 year of experience developing web applications.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts, debugging, testing, and version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance custom MICU software applications and internal systems.
• Work closely with senior developers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the application and technology stack.
• Support web application development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Contribute to technical documentation, system documentation, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Follow software development best practices for code quality, security, maintainability, and performance.
• Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance custom MICU software applications and internal systems
