Job summary

Marketech International Corporation USA (MICU) is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to support development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal software systems. This role will work closely with senior developers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to build reliable web applications and software solutions that support MICU's operations.

Qualifications

1–2 years of programming or software development experience.
Experience with .NET, TypeScript, and SQL.
At least 1 year of experience developing web applications.
Foundational understanding of software development concepts, debugging, testing, and version control.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance internal MICU software applications and systems.
Collaborate with senior developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver software solutions.
Participate in Agile processes, including standups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack.
Support web application development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Contribute to technical and system documentation.
Follow best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
