Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of site reliability engineering practices and incident management.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, or Elasticsearch.
• Basic proficiency in programming or scripting (Python, Go, Bash, or Java).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• On-site Seattle requirement, five days a week (Sunday–Thursday).
