Job summary

Bravium Consulting seeks a Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our federal government project team. You will contribute to configuration, development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, and custom apps, under senior guidance.

This role suits an early-career technologist with foundational ServiceNow experience who is eager to learn, grow skills, and deliver high-quality, compliant solutions in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, configuration, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, SPM, and custom applications.
• Assist in translating business and technical requirements into effective ServiceNow configurations and solutions.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions, under guidance of senior team members.
• Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods.
• Collaborate with senior developers, architects, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure reliable and high-quality solutions.
• Assist with technical documentation, including development documentation, configuration details, test results, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
