CGS is seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team, supporting a large federal agency. This full-time role develops ServiceNow functionality, including HR Service Delivery, and works in an Agile environment to deliver timely software releases.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in ServiceNow development, CSA certification, and strong communication. You will refactor customizations during major updates and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-7 years related experience in IT.
• 2+ years ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards, customized forms, and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Experience with Agile Development and HR Service Delivery in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow functionality and HRSD modules.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts in an Agile environment.
• Refactor ServiceNow customizations during major updates.
• Support discovery, requirements gathering, and build out core ServiceNow functionality.
• Ensure quality through testing and data creation.
