KLA is seeking a Configuration and Troubleshooter to join our semiconductor manufacturing team in Totowa, NJ. You will configure, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment to ensure peak performance and quality in a fast-paced production environment.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of related experience, with hands-on proficiency in PLCs, SCADA, and major semiconductor equipment brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of related experience.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment brands (ASML, Lam, Applied Materials, Tokyo Electron).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Calibrate equipment to meet production requirements.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and optimize processes.
• Document configurations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and production.
• Provide training and support on procedures.
