Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to conduct reviews and examinations and to write reports on findings.
• Ability to examine books and records and assist in investigations of industry sales practices.
• Ability to express ideas clearly and in writing.
• Valid Illinois driver's license.
• Proof of automobile liability insurance as required by state law.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Possession of a valid Illinois Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs financial reviews and regulatory examinations of securities dealers, investment advisers or entities selling securities.
• Investigates fraudulent activities by interviewing victims, witnesses and subjects; develops information for case reports.
• Prepares thorough written reports and recommends actions.
• Testifies in administrative, civil and criminal proceedings.
• Performs other duties as required.
