Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience in formula-based or asset-based lending, a four-year degree in accounting or finance, and strong analytical and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree in accounting or finance.
• Two to five years general experience in lending or credit monitoring.
• Two to five years specialized training in formula-based or asset-based lending.

Responsibilities

• Review collateral data (borrowing base, AR/AP, inventory) for compliance with lending conditions.
• Support loan structuring and underwriting with collecting and analyzing collateral data.
• Prepare information for underwriting and document reviews to determine recommendations.
• Respond to customer questions and provide ongoing service for formula- and asset-based loans.
• Ensure compliance with loan policies and assist in policy development where needed.
• Coordinate appraisals, field examinations, and wire transfer processes.
• Monitor collateral positions and report exceptions to management.
