Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time scheduling experience for an Owner or General Contractor.
• Experience on educational facilities or public works projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor Baseline Schedules and Monthly updates using LAUSD templates.
• Compile schedule reports in Excel and P6 for the team.
• Create Earned Value Curves per LAUSD EVA guidelines.
• QA/QC of contractor submissions for scope conformance.
• Analyze schedules for proper codes, layouts, and data integrity.
• QA/QC of P6 schedules and validate logic.
• Update master schedule with as-built dates and forecasted dates with input from Facilities.
