Job summary

PMA Consultants Careers is seeking a Schedule Analyst to support capital improvement projects by developing and maintaining detailed project schedules. This junior-level role involves independent schedule management, basic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with management, engineering, and construction teams.

Ideal candidates will understand CPM scheduling theory, be proficient in Primavera P6 and Excel, and communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related technical field required.
• Master’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of scheduling, project controls, or project engineering experience on construction or capital improvement projects required.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Excel.
• Strong CPM logic understanding, quantity‑loading, and schedule development fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM logic based, quantity-loaded project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Interpret contract documents and apply scheduling obligations to deliverables.
• Attend and co-lead project meetings to collect status, provide updates, and support planning changes.
