Responsibilities

• Inputs and analyzes financial data from tax returns, CPA statements, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
• Assists with SBA Form 1502 reporting and related compliance.
• Supports underwriting by evaluating cash flow, DSCR, and net worth.
• Reviews loan requests for SBA SOP compliance and eligibility.
• Drafts sections of LAWs and credit memos outlining risks and mitigants.
• Manages underwriting documents and clears conditions for closing.
