Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Accounting, or Finance with accounting/finance coursework.
• Minimum two years banking experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Spread and analyze commercial financial statements for loan customers.
• Perform financial analysis and basic underwriting of loan packages.
• Review existing commercial loans and assign credit grades.
• Identify documentation exceptions and evaluate underwriting.
• Conduct CRE stress test analysis and review Rent Rolls, Budgets, Pro Forma Statements, Feasibility Studies.
• Prepare Stress Models and Projected Income Scenarios.
• Support other duties as assigned.
