Job summary

The role involves mapping processes, assisting configuration, maintaining master data, supporting UAT, and creating documentation. Bachelor-level STEM or related field and 6 months to 1 year ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• esProcess & System Support: Assist in mapping, analyzing, and documenting core business processes within SAP S/4HAN

• s.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a communication bridge between operational business users and technical delivery teams to clarify functional requirement
• s.Testing & Troubleshooting: Help execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), reproduce system issues, and track resolutions for enterprise workflow
• s.Documentation & Training: Maintain process documentation, release notes, and end-user training guide
