We’re looking for an experienced and driven SAP Specialist to join our team in Battle Creek, MI. As the Systems Configuration Lead for Sales & Distribution (SD), you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP SD solutions with a focus on process optimization, system integrity, and successful delivery. This role demands a balance of technical expertise, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to meet our evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP SD configurations and system changes across development, testing, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle
Align SAP SD business processes, data structures, enhancements, and workflows with enterprise capabilities
Manage and monitor transport requests and ensure adherence to documentation standards and change control processes
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals
Participate in requirements gathering and provide expert consultation on SAP SD best practices
Facilitate knowledge transfer and end-user training to support system adoption and understanding
Troubleshoot issues, resolve data inconsistencies, and ensure high system reliability and performance
Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

What We're Looking For:

5-7 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong understanding of Agile methodology and practical experience applying Agile in SAP environments
Hands-on experience with SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
Proficiency in integration and regression testing practices
Familiarity with documentation standards and quality assurance processes
Experience leading/managing small functional or cross-functional teams

Preferred qualifications:

Certifications: SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Private Edition) & PMP (Project Management Professional)
Strong estimation and planning skills
Ability to use data-driven decision-making to guide system changes and enhancements
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
Proven ability to mentor and support team member development
