Job summary

QGenda is seeking an Associate Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and streamline day-to-day operations on the Salesforce platform. You will learn the platform under the Salesforce Platform Manager and work with senior administrators to align system architecture.

Qualifications

1–2 years hands-on exposure to Salesforce or a similar CRM.

Collaborative approach to learning new technical skills.

Responsibilities

Take primary ownership of incoming operational (Help Desk) tickets.
Manage basic user administration: provisioning, deprovisioning, passwords, roles, profiles, permission sets.
Execute routine data tasks: file uploads, data extractions, account maintenance.
Troubleshoot day-to-day system questions and escalate complex issues as needed.
Adhere to ticketing workflows, documentation policies, and handling practices.
