Job summary

Propio Language Services is seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator to support the Salesforce platform and integrated systems. You will assist with user support, basic configuration, and data management, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.

Work closely with client services and development teams, document processes, and contribute to training materials for end users. A proactive approach and strong SQL/JSON skills are essential to troubleshoot under pressure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or equivalent in a relevant field with practical Salesforce experience.
Familiarity with Salesforce platform and data management is expected.
Strong SQL and JSON skills; basic knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with basic Salesforce configuration tasks (fields, page layouts, workflows).
Maintain user profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
Investigate production issues using technical knowledge to provide solutions.
Support data integrity through data entry, cleansing, and migrations as directed.
Help ensure data governance and compliance policies are followed.
Collaborate with client services and development to implement feedback in releases.
Document processes and configurations; assist in creating training materials.
