Job summary

Boghossian SA, a fine jewellery house, is opening a seasonal boutique at Bal Harbour Shops in Miami for the winter season. We are recruiting for a part-time sales role to support the senior team and grow into selling independently.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of luxury retail experience, a genuine interest in jewellery and gemstones, and a polished, discreet approach. Availability for the full contract period, including weekends and event evenings, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle, clean and present pieces with care.
• Maintain displays, boutique presentation and daily opening and closing routines.
• Assist with stock counts, deliveries, packaging and after-sales paperwork.
• Support event set-up and hosting.

Boghossian is a fine and high jewellery house with over 150 years of family heritage. We are opening a seasonal boutique at Bal Harbour Shops for the Miami winter season and are recruiting for the duration of the pop-up.

The Role

A part-time supporting sales role for someone early in their career in luxury, working alongside our senior team and growing into selling independently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support the senior associate during appointments
• Build product knowledge and sell independently as the season progresses
• Record client details and preferences accurately
• Handle, clean and present pieces with care
• Maintain displays, boutique presentation and daily opening and closing routines
• Assist with stock counts, deliveries, packaging and after-sales paperwork
• Support event set-up and hosting

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches or high-end hospitality
• Genuine interest in jewellery and gemstones
• Polished, reliable and discreet
• Organised, with good attention to detail
• Authorised to work in the United States
• Available for the full contract period, with weekend availability and some flexibility during peak weeks.
