Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, or fashion styling.
• Existing book of high net-worth clients in South Florida.
• Proven track record of annual $3M+ sales.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong knowledge of fashion and luxury products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally for events or client appointments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brands to access exclusives, special collections, and brand events.
• Provide expert fashion advice and create personalized outfits for clients.
• Assist clients during in-store shopping, trunk shows, personal shopping appointments, and online orders.
• Coordinate delivery of online purchases and schedule one-on-one shopping appointments.
• Track client feedback and sales; provide insights to management and coordinate with brands.
• Aim to exceed sales targets and grow the personal shopping client portfolio.

Position summary

We are seeking an experienced Personal Shopper and Stylist (full-time) to join and grow our dedicated Retail and Personal Shopping team in delivering unparalleled shopping experiences to our esteemed clientele nationwide, through Bal Harbour Shops property, trunk show events and private personal shopping appointments.

As an experienced Personal Shopper and Stylist at BHS, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing lifetime customer relationship with VICs, providing exceptional personalized shopping experiences to our clientele. You will act as a multi-brand ambassador, offering expert guidance and curating selections from our luxury collections to meet individual preferences and style needs. You will be responsible for developing long-lasting relationships with VIC Clients, overseeing and improving the overall experience of clients.

Key Position Attributes

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients/brands to expedite access to exclusives, special collection, and coveted brand event. Stay on top of the fashion news to be ahead of the trends.
• Bring existing book of high net worth customers
• Understand and anticipate client preferences, needs, and lifestyle to curate attractive assortment and generate sales
• Nurture and re-engage with existing clients to build long-lasting relationships and growth Consumer Lifetime value
• Propose and implement Clienteling and consumer engagement activations to develop and growth clientele book.

Personalized Styling:

• Offer expert fashion and product advice tailored to each client.
• Create personalized outfits and looks based on individual preferences.
• Have deep Product Knowledge by staying updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings, and being well-informed about the quality, materials, and craftsmanship of brand products.

In-Store, Off-site and Online Shopping:

• Assist clients with in-store shopping at Bal Harbour Shops pop-up, as well as during trunk show events, personal shopping appointments, online orders.
• Coordinate the delivery of online purchases to the client's convenience.
• Manage appointment Scheduling: Arrange one-on-one shopping appointments to provide exclusive attention, and ensure seamless shopping experience for clients.

Inventory Management and Reporting:

• Collaborate with brand stores to pull curated assortment, and ensure stock availability for clients.
• Track customer feedback and sales performance, providing insights to management for continuous improvement; as well as consigned inventory and invoicing with brands

Sales Targets:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Achieve and exceed target for new clients acquisition and Personal shopping clients portfolio growth.
• Brand partners management and collaboration
• Collaborate with brand partners to be on top of brands assortment, and offer the best and most seamless experience to customers, curating and pulling inventory from stores, processing transactions and tracking sales.

Requirements

Requirements

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
• Previous experience in luxury retail (10+ years), personal shopping, or fashion styling. Previous experience in both Fashion and Jewelry industry would be a plus.
• Existing book of high net-worth and engaged clients, with strong South Florida area, and track record of annual $3M+ Sales
• Strong passion and knowledge for fashion and luxury products.
• Ability to build and maintain high-profile client relationships, leveraging diverse omnichannel tools and communication.
• Strong sales technics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-profile clientele in a luxury environment, build and maintain client relationships
• Merchandising experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for style, trends, and attention to detail, with a creative approach to visual merchandising.
• Proficiency in using retail software and technology.
• Drivers License required
• Ability to travel occasionally for events or customers appointments
