D.R. Horton, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to manage the sales process from first contact through close of escrow.

You will greet visitors, demonstrate models, address objections, and document transactions while tracking loan progress and construction options. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and proficiency with MS Office. Experience with CRM software is preferred; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Prior CRM software experience.

Responsibilities
