You will greet visitors, present models and communities, address objections, and document each step of the transaction while coordinating loan progress and construction updates. The role emphasizes customer communication, data entry on DRH Sales apps, and maintaining professional relationships with clients, realtors, and team members to drive company

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive daytime or nighttime.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Prior CRM software experience.
• Previous sales experience, knowledge of industry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills.
• Strongly motivated.

Responsibilities
