We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals passionate about sales and eager to develop their career in the cybersecurity and training sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in incubating new SMB clients, nurturing relationships, and growing revenue through the sale of Offensive Security services and Academy (training) solutions amongst other offerings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new SMB client opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct initial client engagement, understanding business needs and introducing relevant Offensive Security and Academy solutions.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop tailored sales strategies and proposals.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Proactively follow up with prospects and clients to nurture relationships and identify upsell opportunities for additional services or academy subscriptions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in cybersecurity, offensive security, and training/academy offerings.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Some experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Interest or background in technology, cybersecurity, or software sales is highly desirable.
  • Customer-focused mindset and a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
