Responsibilities

• Contact existing client branches and locations to identify opportunities for expanding services across additional offices and markets nationwide.
• Develop relationships with key contacts within client organizations.
• Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities within current accounts.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up communications with clients and prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Support lead generation and prospecting initiatives.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks that support the sales team.
• Prepare sales materials, presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Help manage client information and maintain sales databases.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-up activities for the sales team.
• Assist with project tracking and customer onboarding activities.
