Job summary

OTC Markets Group Inc. is seeking a Junior Sales Associate for OTC Link in New York. You will support the sales and subscriber services teams, helping develop client relationships and drive platform adoption across broker-dealers and market participants.

The ideal candidate is early-career in sales, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about financial markets, trading workflows, and market structure. This is an on-site, five-days-a-week role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, client service, fintech, brokerage, or market data is preferred.
• Ability to learn complex products and explain value propositions clearly to clients and prospects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior sales team in managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Assist with prospect research, outreach preparation, client follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
• Develop understanding of OTC Link products, trading venues, market data, and client workflows.
• Help prepare sales materials, client presentations, proposals, and usage reports.
• Track sales activity, pipeline updates, and client interactions in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding and issue resolution.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments relevant to OTC markets.
• Participate in client calls and meetings, documenting action items and follow-through.
