Job Title: Junior Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a Junior Sales Account Executive responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily activities include identifying potential clients, maintaining client records, engaging in effective communication, and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify and qualify prospective clients across various industries.
• Initiate outbound communication via phone, email, and social media to introduce services and generate leads.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales staff.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Assist in preparing client proposals, quotes, and follow-up documentation.
• Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure team goals are met.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support sales initiatives.
