Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive industrial robotic welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and part tolerances.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify basic robotic welding programs to support new products and changes.
• Diagnose and resolve basic welding, programming, fixturing, and equipment issues with guidance.
• Identify and elevate process, equipment or material issues.
• Maintain safe work practices and PPE compliance.
• Meet production expectations with guidance.
• Quality ownership through in-process checks and escalation of non-conformances.
• Participate in continuous improvement and 6S.
