Egis is seeking an entry level Roadway Engineer in PA to contribute to designing freeways, interchanges, roadways, and related transportation infrastructure. You will work with a project team to develop plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates, performing calculations from preliminary to final design, and communicating clearly through drawings and documents.

Ideal candidates have a B.S. in Civil Engineering, may hold an EIT, and have 0–3 years of roadway design experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT certification is a plus.
• 0–3 years of roadway design experience.
• Proficient in MicroStation and AutoCAD.
• OpenRoads Designer experience is a plus.
• PennDOT/Pennsylvania Turnpike project experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Apply knowledge of engineering to assist in design of freeways, interchanges, roadways, streets, intersections, roundabouts, and transportation infrastructure.
• Perform engineering calculations from preliminary to final design.
• Develop plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates with the project team.
• Communicate clearly through drawings, documents, reports, and verbal exchange.
• Coordinate plan reviews to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
• May conduct site investigations and other related duties.
• Assist project engineers and project managers as needed.
