Job summary

Mini-Circuits in New York designs, tests RF components and assemblies for high-performance RF/microwave applications. This role performs electrical and RF testing, analyzes data, and prepares test reports per procedures.

You will operate network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other test equipment, verify setups, and contribute to reliability tests and characterization projects in a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering testing procedures and processes.
  • Ability to read schematics, drawings, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with RF test equipment and measurement techniques.
  • Good verbal and written communication; high accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Understand test project types and requirements (E-runs, H-runs, Q-runs).
  • Operate RF/test equipment and verify proper configuration.
  • Independently test devices for standard parameters using approved programs.
  • Test non-standard parameters on prototypes under supervision.
  • Review data and prepare summaries, reports, and block diagrams.
  • Identify hardware/software issues and report to supervisor.
  • Support HTOL, Burn-in, ESD, IV Curve and other tests as needed.
