Job summary

Mini-Circuits in Carlsbad, CA designs and manufactures RF and microwave components. The RF Test Engineer I will test RF Power Amplifier products in die and packaged forms from prototype evaluation to manufacturing.

Responsibilities include testing to semiconductor standards, logging data, supporting production readiness, and collaborating with project managers to release catalog and customer specials. A Bachelor's or Master’s in EE with RF design/test experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with RF Design & Test experience or Master’s with related RF coursework.
• 2+ years RF Product Design & Test experience or 1 year for Master’s track.
• Knowledge of RF/MMIC, LTCC, ferrite core components.
• Familiarity with semiconductor tests and data review.

Responsibilities

• Test RF Power Amplifiers in die and packaged forms.
• Record verified data and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide test support for production readiness and catalog/customer specials.
• Contribute to ECOs and test procedure development.
