Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Fundamentals in RF and microwave engineering required.
• Microsoft Office suite required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• CAD and simulation tools (SolidWorks, Ansys) preferred.
• Laboratory equipment experience (VNA, spectrum analyzer) preferred.
• Strong technical communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF product design, development, testing, characterization and documentation.
• Support advanced development projects and strategic technical initiatives.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Marketing.
• Provide second-level technical support for customer inquiries and evaluations.
• Contribute to project development while following PM and documentation procedures.
• Develop expertise in assigned areas and pursue continuous learning.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing, training sessions and workshops.
• Support lab activities including test setups, data analysis, and prototype evaluation.
