Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. seeks an Associate RF Engineer in Attleboro, MA to design, develop, test and document RF products. You will support advanced development projects and collaborate with manufacturing, quality and product marketing teams to drive technical initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, strong RF/Microwave fundamentals, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. CAD/Simulation tools like SolidWorks and Ansys are a plus, as is lab equipment experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
  • RF and Microwave fundamentals required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • CAD and simulation software knowledge preferred (SolidWorks, Ansys).
  • Laboratory equipment experience (VNA, spectrum analyzer) preferred.
  • Strong technical communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities; results-oriented; cross-functional teamwork.
  • Presentation and knowledge-sharing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, characterize, and document RF products.
  • Support advanced development projects and strategic technical initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Act as 2nd level support for customer inquiries with technical information.
  • Contribute to development projects with proper project management and documentation procedures.
  • Develop specialized expertise and pursue continuous learning.
  • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing, technical trainings, and workshops.
  • Support laboratory activities including test setup, product characterization, data analysis, and prototype evaluation.
