Kiewit is seeking an Entry Level Electrical Designer in the Dallas area to create electrical power distribution and control system designs for large industrial facilities using REVIT and SmartPlant 3D.

You will develop 3D models, 1-line diagrams and panel layouts, coordinate with engineers, and apply NEC/ANSI standards. This full‑time role offers strong benefits, an employee‑owned culture, and opportunity to grow into senior design work.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology and a minimum of 2 years electrical design and modeling experience, including 3D deliverables.
• For senior level: 7+ years using REVIT and/or SmartPlant 3D; for mid level, 2+ years using REVIT for 3D modeling.
• Knowledge of NEC/ANSI/IEEE standards; ability to manage deadlines and collaborate across disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize Revit 3D and Smartplant 3D to design electrical systems for buildings and industrial facilities.
• Produce deliverables: power distribution diagrams, schematics, 1-line diagrams, 3D models, load lists, panel schedules, routing layouts.
• Coordinate with engineers on sizing and equipment; ensure constructible, compliant designs.
