Piada Italian Street Food is seeking a Supervisor to join our junior leadership team. You will oversee Team Members and ensure guests receive an authentic experience, from food preparation to service. You will write daily prep lists, manage labor, and help carry the Piada hospitality standard across shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership, kitchen operations, and a pathway to higher supervisory responsibilities in a fast casual environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures to maintain quality.
• Strong attention to safety, sanitation and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as a junior member of the restaurant leadership team.
• Provide Guests with an authentic experience by thoughtfully cooking and preparing ingredients.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Follow daily checklists to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed.
• Develop team members into future Supervisors.
