Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a skilled report specialist to support document processing and data integrity in our Taylorsville, UT facility.

You will type, review, and correct final reports, scan and verify documents, and post data to customer portals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential; prior office/customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age in addition to a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous office and customer service experience is preferred
• For a nontraditional shift, must be fully competent in the basic daily duties of a report specialist

Responsibilities

• Type, review, process, and perform corrections on all final report types
• Scan documents in accordance with proper scanning procedures
• Verify that all scanned images are exact and true copies of physical documents
• Post sponsor final report data and other data to customer portal
• Send reports by U.S. Mail, email, FedEx, or UPS (when applicable)
• Prepare letters and preliminary results and raw data, as needed
• Meet quality expectations of the team (rework)
• Demonstrate NL core values
• Effectively resolve problems in a timely manner
