Job summary

Sotera Health, including Nelson Labs, is seeking a detail-oriented Report Specialist to support final report processing and data management. You will type, review, and correct reports, scan documents, and post data to the customer portal, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include distributing reports by mail or email, drafting preliminary data letters, and maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior office and customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated data interpretation and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Type, review, process, and correct final report types.
• Scan documents and ensure images are accurate copies.
• Post final data to customer portal and distribute reports.
• Prepare letters and raw data as needed; meet quality standards.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and support team tasks.
• Coordinate coverage for nontraditional shifts when required.
