MARS Energy Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator I to support project execution from planning through closeout. You will work closely with Project Managers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule, documentation remains accurate, and critical milestones are achieved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience supporting construction, engineering, renewable energy, or similar projects.
• Experience managing project documentation, schedules, permits, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Procore or similar platforms preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support Project Managers with daily project coordination and administrative activities.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, work orders, change orders, meeting minutes, permits, and project records.
• Coordinate project meetings, distribute agendas, and track action items.
• Assist with maintaining project schedules and monitoring key project milestones.
• Track inspections, permits, equipment deliveries, contractual deadlines, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to support project execution.
