Job summary

MARS Energy Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator I to support project execution from planning through closeout. You will work with Project Managers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and documentation accurate.

The role requires organizing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with experience coordinating construction or renewable energy projects and proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years supporting construction, engineering, renewable energy, or similar projects preferred.
• Experience managing project documentation, schedules, permits, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management/document control software such as Procore; NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with daily project coordination and administrative activities.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, work orders, change orders, meeting minutes, permits, and project records.
• Coordinate project meetings, distribute agendas, and track action items.
• Assist with maintaining project schedules and monitoring key project milestones.
• Track inspections, permits, equipment deliveries, contractual deadlines, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to support project execution.
